Ha can be sure to address your group in the most effective way possible when she knows more about your group and your event. At your discretion, if the event is open to the public and has not been previously sold out, Ha shall promote her appearance at your event through her website.

For keynotes and speeches, a theater set-up is preferred. For workshops and small groups, the set-up should be round tables for eight people. A small table or podium for materials should be easily accessible. For all events, a six-foot draped table is needed in the back of the room for books if sold after the pre sensation.
For keynote presentations (60 minutes or less), Ha will need a wireless lavaliere microphone. For extended keynotes or workshops, Ha will need an LCD projector, screen, and wireless lavaliere microphone.
Discounts are available on pre-purchase of 20 or more books. However, product purchased may not be returned and the number of copies must be committed to and paid for 30 calendar days before your event. Ha is happy to sign books following her talks. A six-foot draped table and one volunteer is needed.
We are accustomed to handling Ha's air arrangements and typically make flight arrangements one month prior to the event. If you prefer to make these arrangements, please advise us immediately.

No recording devices of any kind are to be used during the presentation without written consent of Ha Tran. Videotaping will be permitted for archival purposes only with the condition that Ha gives express written permission to the taping and receives a copy of the tape within 30 days after the engagement. Under no circumstances may videos of Ha be sold or shown to audiences without express written permission of Ha Tran. Clients who do not abide by these instructions are in violation of copyright laws.
If the client cancels a scheduled event, product purchases may not be returned. In case of cancellation up to 90 days in advance of the presentation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the presentation is due. From 30 to 90 days, a fee of 75% of the presentation is due. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance will be billed at the full fee. However, in case of inclement weather or some unforeseen emergency, the client may reschedule the event and apply the monies to a new date within 12 months of the original date. If the client cancels an event and flights have been made, the client is responsible for commercial flight expenses. In the case of an act of nature which prevents Ha from arriving at the event, both parties agree to reschedule the event with the same terms stated in the contract.
